According to IBM, here are the heat dissapation specs for the PPC 750 series:
Note that this is the newest design(s) [there are two designs, one below
300MHz, and one above] , and Motorola parts may be slightly different. As
well, the heat differences here do not take into account L2 cache power
increases due to overclocking.

As you can see, 2 to 4 W doesn't really impact your system, but make sure
you have adequate cooling to the processor. Just keep in mind that
configuring resistors in this case requires soldering which will VOID your
warranty. Good luck with the overclock!
