That is precisely the card I have in my ROM 3. (My ROM 1 has my old
OctoRAM card.)

The card uses standard 1Mx1 dynamic RAM chips, 120 ns or faster,
supporting CAS before RAS refresh (most do). They must be installed in
blocks of eight. The supported configurations are 1MB, 2MB and 4MB.
I can't give you part numbers offhand, as they vary widely between
manufacturers. Hitachi called it the HM511000, with various suffixes.

Yes. There is no difference between the requirements of ROM 3 and ROM 1
as far as the type of RAM is concerned. The only issue is how the card
decodes addresses. If it uses the documented method (row selects,
limited to 4MB total), it will work in both motherboards. If it uses a
nonstandard method, then it might not work properly in one of the
motherboards.

Sorry, can't help there.
