PC <-> GS interlink... plz help

Greeting all u apple II nerds... I have few Qs for ya.  I need a step by
step description
on connecting/setting up/transferring PC files to Mac/Apple2 GS and vice
versa.  I have all needed software
FreeTerm on MAC with GS/MAC exchange program and Windows 98
Hyperterminal on my PC....I have some cables as well but which ??? I
know i need a null modem cable or adapter but I couldn't find the right
one in nearby stores....I think i need something around DB25-Female to
DB9-female null modem adapter..  Where can I get one, AND I wonder if
anyone got URL of a site that explains what I'm trying to do IN DETAILS.
(I mean whole process).  NO OFFENCE...

Note: Pleaze I beg u, reply by E-mail....which is GAVP@GIS.NET also
don't forward my message to a mac newsgroup.....Apple shmaple it's all
