I dug out the original documentation (copyright 1983 Broderbund), and it says
the following:  CTRL-E will get you to "Edit" mode.  There you can type "E"dit,
"P"lay, etc.  I think the "P" command will allow you to select a specific
screen.  It also says that CTRL-SHIFT-N will advance a level (CTRL-SHIFT-6 on
IIe) and that CTRL-SHIFT-P will add a life (CTRL-SHIFT-2 on IIe).

An emulator might be different, but those are the original commands.
