6821 = PIA = 2x 8 bit ports + 4 control lines
6850 = ACIA = 1x serial port

Sounds like the latter. I have a similar printer card with both
serial and parallel ports - you select which one to use with
jumpers etc.

Could be. Have to see the ROM dump to tell. If it is relatively
up to date (BASIC & Pascal 1.1 entry points) I see no reason
for it not to work.
