The second of these is the part number for the Revision C firmware in
the original Apple SCSI Card. (Revision C is the final firmware release
for that card.)
Apple only made two SCSI cards, and they are quite distinctive: the
original one has a large 40-pin dual-in-line (rectangular) SCSI
controller chip, while the High-Speed card has two socketed 44-pin PLCC
(square) chips, one of which is the SCSI controller.
Another distinguishing characteristic is that the original card has a
row of eight jumpers, while the High-Speed card has four DIP switches.
