Yes, I've been there and their website does not apply to a
Fastpath 4 with v5.1 ROMs.  They say to call tech support.
Seeing as how it's a toll call, I'd prefer to not do that
if I had a choice.

Just can't understand why a company that's computer related
wouldn't do online tech support at least through e-mail these
days.
