IIgs memory card

I noticed that the Apple memory card in my IIgs has a bunch of empty
sockets on it.  The chips that are in the filled sockets are:
NEC 8621FU023 and two with 8621FU133
A 041256C-12
Is there a place I can buy these chips and fill up the card?
