Ok, I think I may have figured some of the mysteries out...
Mystery 40-pin socket is for the optional 8087 math-coprocessor
Mystery 5-pin plug is for the optional IBM keyboard adaptor
Mystery 20-pin plug is for the ColorSwitch connection
and 2-pin connection (for modulator on IIe) is where I wire the external CGA...
Alright, any of this right? Or just some of it? Or none of it... :<

As for the math coprocessor, can I just stick any old 8087 math
coprocessor in there or does it need to be special in any way? Does the
software need to be enabled in any way? You know, I still have yet to
completely hook up and set up this freaking thing...Bah, needing a
colorswitch card...
