Re: IIc Mouse not moving vertically



Try activating the IIC internal self-test, by holding down the two apple
keys at power-up.   A checkerboard pattern will be on the screen for one
minute, followed by, "SYSTEM OK"

If you lack the upgraded self-test, its on the BUGG-ROM I have ---- $4
