No.  The PC Transporter cannot be used to boot anything.  For starters,
it has no ROM on the card: you have to boot something else to download
code into its RAM, which is then mapped into the $CnXX address space for
the Apple.

Even after prebooting something else to load the "firmware" into the
card, I've never managed to get it to boot, from either an Apple 3.5
Drive or /RAMAEPC.  In all cases, it crashes into the monitor if you
attempt to boot via the card.
