Do you have slot 5 set to "SmartPort"? If you have it set to "Your
Card", then ProDOS can't access /RAM5 because the driver isn't
available.
(Don't confuse /RAM with /RAM5. /RAM is the 64K auxiliary memory RAM
disk, which is a legacy from the IIe. /RAM5 is specific to the IIgs.)
