That board comes w/ 512k installed & is for u se on a rom 01.

It takes  256k X 4 one megabit DRAM chips (150 nanosec or faster), so you
can expand at by 256k per 2 chips. Markings for where to expand are on the
board. Alltech Electronics sells the chips. Hope that helps.

Just BTW we have one of these, and the machine I installed it on -- Rom
01, sys. 6.01 w/ variety of goodies has been prone to random freezes that
Rom 03 machines w/ same goodies but different memory boards do not have. I
have not had time to troubleshoot to identify the problem.
