In Search of the Most Amazing Thing (help!)

Hi! I've got a wonderful disk image of ISOTMAT, and everything's wonderful,
but.... as I recall the game came with a manual that had, among other things,
a map and a catalog of B-liner add-ons (DICTO, CULTS, TRAX4, etc.). The map
I _really_ need, the catalog less so. Could I impose on some kind soul to
transcribe the catalog and/or scan the map and send it to me? Or, tell me how
to access this information from within the game? Thanks!
