Yes; Csa2-marketplace is a good place to get boxed originals with
docs, etc.. A few sellers offer a pretty good selection.
Regarding Centipede-- it, along with Millipede and Bug Attack, is
available from the Asimov archive. Since none of the Centipede-type
games is very large (roughly 100-130 sectors), they are on a mult-game
disk image (DSK) with a nice "Beautiful Boot" game selector.
Go to ...
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/images/games/file_based/
and look for "Bug Attack" as the first game in the title/list. (There
are two multi-game DSK's with Bug Attack. One includes Nightmare Gallery
instead of Centipede.
After trying Centipede and Millipede, I still like Bug Attack best
because it has better animation and much better sound effects.
