An RCA cable (ones used to connect VCR audio and video
separately).  Plug from the IIe monitor out to the VCR video
in.  Or if your TV was built in the last 10 years, you can just
plug into the TV.

You won't be able to get the full resolution of the IIe, so
text may be fuzzy.
