getting Appleworks DB into a PC

I was asked by a friend that has used a IIe and AppleWorks to help him track
his music and video collection.  However, he wants to move everything over to
his PC now but doesn't want to re-type all the data!

I'm looking for ideas.  
   How to get data from IIe to PC
   What programs on the PC can translate an Appleworks database into something
Access can read?

Or is he just screwed and will have to re-enter the data manually?
