Time to upgrade my TWGS cache to 32k

On the ///SHH Systeme page, it says

For option B you need:

3 cache RAMs 62256-xx or equivalent, xx for the speed desired
(-35ns, -25ns or -15ns, any value between these will suffice,
depending on the maximum clock frequency)

I'd like the option of upgrading my TWGS speed in the future.  Which speed of
Cache RAM should I get?  Can I get faster chips than this?

Where can I get the Cache RAM for my TWGS?  Should I just order option
A (includes RAM chips)?

Which would be cheaper?  Getting Option B ($32) and buying RAMS in the US?

Or, Get Option A ($69) which includes the RAMs?

Would the RAMs be findable, and would the 3 of them cost less than $37?
