Seeking Ken Franklin

Does anybody know where Ken Franklin can be reached these days?  He's the
author of several small, good GS games from the early 90's
(MileStones2000, Plunder!, etc.) that were released as ReliefWare.  Is the
mailing address given in those games still current?
