Only in a very limited manner, and you will probably find the display
quality unacceptable.

As far as I know, the only way you can connect this monitor to a Mac is
by using one of Apple's original NuBus video cards that supported colour
monitors.  I'm not sure precisely which cards these are (I wasn't paying
much attention to Mac hardware at the time), but I expect the 8/24 and
8/24GC and anything older would work.  If in doubt, make sure you try
the monitor before buying a video card.

The display limitation is that the monitor does not support a high
enough horizontal scan rate to be able to generate enough lines, so it
has to run in interlaced mode.  I suspect it can only do 640x400 (this
is the best it can manage on a Video Overlay Card or Second Sight card).

Unless there were any other cards that supported it, the only option is
a Mac with NuBus slots (Mac II series, Quadra, Centris, and x100 series
PowerMacs).
