Maybe a year, maybe a year and a half ago, the Shareware Solutions II
newsletter ran an article that described the dual-processor capabilities of
the Apple IIx Prototype, otherwise code-named as the The Golden Gate. A
single IIx prototype was uncovered several years ago at a Garage Sale in
Cupertino, and a scanned photograph of that IIx prototype can be found at
