I have a SupraFaxModem 144 Plus I use the serial ports of the IIGS and I use
the standard settings the CDA setiings are normally at. he only thing I change
is the baud which I put at 19200. I use the SupraFaxModem modem init string
that comnes with the Proterm program and it works fine. Even when I slightly
modify it to turn off the modem speaker. I can really answer you as of settings
with the Apple II Super Serial Card but I don't see how it would be much
different in settings since Proterm is a  ProDOS 8 program. I hope this helps
I have version 3.1 available just the disks on 5.25" disks.
