Seeking ART GREEN of Appleton Wisconsin

Has anyone ever dealt with ART GREEN, of Appleton Wisconsin?

In many many internet transactions, ART GREEN is one of only three
internet rip-offs that remains unsolved.

About three years ago, he conned me into shipping him my entire
collection of NIBBLE magazines prior to payment, so that shipping costs
would be known in advance.  No replies since then to e-mails, phone calls,
or postal reminders.   He owes me about $73 for the mags plus postage.

The lack of response is strange.   I _suspect_ that possibly he may have
passed away and perhaps his family does not wish to get involved in
wrapping up his transactions....    But has anyone noticed activity by him
on the net since 1995????

NOTE:  I too get behind.  Went to another academic conference last week
but will try to catch up now on overdue correspondence...  In three weeks,
I will go to African Studies conference....    These trips and papers are
necessary for a college prof seeking tenure!   8-)   Send me a reminder
