Updated RamFast/SCSI Manual Wanted

I've been looking for this manual from one of Nathan (Nathan Flamers, relax.
Don't flame me because I just referenced him.) Mates' old FAQs:

"Joe Walters, bird@mcs.net[,] has updated the RamFast/SCSI manual, and
allowed it to be posted online. The WWW version is available at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/ramfast.html ** "

Well, of course, the WWW version is gone. I tried emailing the original
author, but the mail bounced. So, I'm hoping someone has a copy (...of
something that was originally freely available mind you anti-pirate flamers out
there.) that they can send to me.

* Quoted for reference only. Not meant to infringe on anyone's copyright.
Especially those who flame because I use Nathan's work without his explicit
permission rather than under an implicit, "fair use" one.

P.S. I hope I haven't offended anyone.. Hence, all the disclaimers.

P.S.S. The message is, of course, satiric. =) (Mostly. I really do need the
manual.) But, really, how can some of us get involved when we're afraid of
getting flamed like crazy? I've been lurking in this group now for over a year
and IMNSHO I know we all can't get along all the time; but, the little piece of
ground the Apple 2 rests on just isn't worth fighting over so vehemently.
Can't you perpetual flamers (And, I'm not naming names; you know who you are.)
take it offline or at least agree to disagree? (Sorry, for the venting; but, I
feel I may speak for a lot of the lurkers out there who don't get involved
because of this reason.) (See? You got _me_ flaming now! =)

P.S.S.S. Anyway, I am now returning to lurk mode. (Private email flames will
be handled with an asbestos delete button. :)
