Definitely not on the Internet, for two reasons:

1. The Apple IIGS manuals were created before the Internet was a viable way to
distribute that volume of information, and as the Internet has grown, the Apple
IIGS has shrunk at a rate that made it unreasonable for anyone to devote the
time to moving those paper books to HTML.

2. The manual is copyrighted by Apple. Getting permission from them to release
things like this manual is very time consuming, and they have no reason to want
to do it themselves.

You might be able to find an old printed manual by advertising for one. On the
other hand, you may not need it. For the user level information the System
6.0.1 manual covers, the Apple IIGS works pretty much like a Macintosh, and
fairly similar to Windows. If you have any experience at all on a Macintosh or
Windows machine, just boot System 6.0.1 and play with it a while. I bet you'll
be comfortable with it fairly quickly. And this group should be able to field
any questions that you do have.
