Delphi is accessible via the WWW. You can't get much more "worldwide" than
that.

Yes, Doede, there are 'Offline' readers available for Delphi. For the
Apple IIgs, there is "Crock 'O Gold" that is a script-based program that
runs under Spectrum.

There is also a script-based program that runs under ANSITerm. I believe
someone is working on a script-based program that runs under ProTERM.

What terminal program are you using?
