The only ones who would/could litigate are the copyright owners. The people in
this forum are not the copyright owners. They are interested others, and that
is all. With these pirates, litigation usually is not necessary because all
the copyright owner has to do is contact the sysop and have his product
removed.
If you see something that's questionable, tell the author or publisher, and let
him or her act upon it. I've done this half a dozen times. Some cared, some
didn't. I would hope that if it happened to my work, that someone would simply
tell me about it, and not make a federal case over it on a bulletin board which
I do not read.
