I don't know of one, other than general questions to people on
comp.sys.apple2. On the other hand, I've never gone looking.

Incidentally, it is not the "ProDOS or DOS 3.3 Monitor". It is built
into the ROM of the computer, and behaves exactly the same no matter
which operating system you are using.

There are minor details to do with I/O hooks and zero page locations
which behave differently (generally a lot better in ProDOS), but the
command set is unaffected by the operating system (except for the
DOS/ProDOS commands, of course!)

It is also worth noting that there are differences between the monitor
on each version of the Apple II, so it would be useful if you indicated
which one you are after.

The major variants:

- Original monitor ROM (Apple ][)
- Autostart ROM (Apple ][+)
- Apple IIe original (almost identical to the ][+)
- Apple IIe enhanced
- Apple IIc original firmware
- Apple IIc UniDisk or later firmware
- Apple IIgs ROM 0 or 1
- Apple IIgs ROM 3

The core command set is unchanged, but there are quite a lot of
incidental changes, culminating in some major improvements in the IIgs
monitor.
