IIGS software(Apple IIe) to Mac?

I would like to be able to copy and use programs from 5.25" floppies used
with Apple IIe and IIGS to a Mac plus, SE, or Classic. Is there any easy way
to do this or can it be done at all? I tried file exchange to read the IIGS
system disk and I evidently don't have the PROdos translator, because all I
get on my menu bar is a Mac to Mac translation option. Am I missing
something here or what? Any help or ideas would be great.
