IIe Appletalk and HS SCSI utils needed

I'm wanting to un-mothball an Apple IIe that I have, and I'm missing (or
can't find) a couple of disks that I need.  If someone could send them
to me or tell me where I can find copies of them online, I'd really
appreciate it.  The disks I need are the "AppleShare IIe Workstation
Disk" that goes with the Apple IIe Workstation card (the
LocalTalk/AppleTalk interface) and the "Apple II High-Speed SCSI Card
Utilities" disk that goes with the High-Speed SCSI interface card.  If
you can help me with either of these, please let me know.  Thanks!
