One important detail: this card requires an enhanced IIe (or IIgs).

(As Wayne Stewart notes in another followup, it doesn't support Mac 800K
drives, and almost certainly does't support Mac 400K drives either; it
does support the UniDisk 3.5 as well as the Apple 3.5 Drive.)

... and Mac 400K drives, and 5.25" drives, and Apple 3.5 Drives, but not
the UniDisk 3.5.  As far as I know, a SuperDrive can be used with this
card, BUT it will only act like an Apple 3.5, i.e. 400K/800K only.

A third option is the "Liron" card, which only supports the UniDisk 3.5.
