High Density Drive and controller questions

I just bought an Apple "Mustang II" card for 1.44 floppy controller and am
wondering how to use it.

What slot do I put it in?

How do I connect regular 800k drives?  To the disk port on the back or the one
on the card?

How do I set up the control panels?  Is there software or a text manual on the
net somewhere?

Which cards does it conflict with? SCSI Cards?

Also looking for any information on the Applied Engineering Transporter card
and software.
