One final note on this saga...

In addition to showing you the e-mail messages I received from Delphi staff (or
those who claim to be), I would now be willing to show you one profuse and
profound apology, which I  received two days ago, but only read this morning. 

As for the larger debate, I prefer a service where discussion is open and
direct. Piracy is an important issue to me, and, being new to the web, I am
looking for leadership and dialogue on that issue.  I mistakenly sought, but
did not find it, on Delphi.

If anyone would like to discuss these or other issues (such as AppleWorks) you
can reach me at our Mail Group at 75757.3722@compuserve.com. We have begun
posting the Mail Group on the Web site, but  I am not sure it will continue.
I'm a little burnt out right now.
