E-Mail Client for Mac SE 1/20?

Hallo, you MacIntosh-Freaks,

I don't know whether this is the appropriate news group - but normally I
work with DOS and Windows. I just have an old MacIntosh here, and may be a
friend will use it.

Now my question:
Is there any mail client for my Mac which provides Internet access by PPP
and TCP/IP? (I don't need a browser, just E-Mail.)
The problem: This apple computer is quite old.
MacIntosh SE 1/20, Model No. M5011, 18MB hard disk. OS of Oct 89.
Can anyone help me?
