I may very well have. I went ahead and replaced the keyboard with a newer
one anyways, However. The original didn't have the wire on the spacebar
anymore. I did find that the newer keyboard I used does not sound like the
keyboard in my other //e. I am used to the black lettered keyboards from
the non-enhanced //e's. I installed a black lettered keyboard from a
non-platinum, but enhanced //e, and it sounds funny to me :-(
