Try this:

Make sure you have your latest copy of ProDOS on your copy of Copy II Plus.

1. Run Basic.System
2. Run the Basic program Quit.Save, provided on the Copy II Plus disk.
   Follow the prompts in the Quit.save program

This program will load the quit code that is stored at $D100-$D3FF and
save it to a file called Util.Quit.
