3.5" disk driver

I have an AppleDisk 3.5 attached to my //gs.  When I boot from the
internal hard disk I get a message:

AppleDisk 3.5 requires a driver.
Install AppleDisk 3.5 driver on
boot disk and reboot system.

System says it is GS/OS 3.03 on boot.  Where do I find the driver and
where would I place the driver when I find it?

Also,  I guess I need to upgrade to GS/OS 6.01, which I have,   any
thoughts on how to upgrade my HD?
