The folks at http://www.allelec.com/ Alltech Electronics carries it.

DOS 3.3 and ProDOS 8 are two separate OS.

The "8" stands for 8-bits, not version number, to differentiate it from
the 16-bit OS of the Apple IIGS (currently GS/OS).
