I'm really surprised by that because it is the newer machine and it is just
different enough to make you scratch your head reading the //c manual -
Closed Apple? It's missing from the //c+ keyboard. There are also some
other behaviors that would be nice to understand. I would certainly
appreciate it if you did that. Or if anyone has a pointer to a location I
might be able to purchase one from, that would also be appreciated.

I don't happen to have that. Some general googling didn't pop up much more
than the fact that there are Volume 1 and Volume 2 and their part numbers.
But I'll keep looking!
