Tom, I am pretty sure I posted that here about a week ago. See the topic
"AppleWorks news." 

As for releasing it to the public, that's really the responsibility of the
programmers and publishers of the software - whether it's AppleWorks or ProSel
(I have already contacted them both). My readers enjoy an "intelligent hack"
every once in a while, but it is by no means meant to be official.
