What exactly does the ROM do on a Transwarp?  Will the Transwarp 'control panel' have
extra features with ROM upgrades?

I upgraded my TWGS to 12.5 Mhz, and now the startup sound/graphics don't
synchronize.  Is there anyway to fix it?
