With regards to networking the //, does any know of a program that was
written for DOS to make it AppleTalk capatible. Here is my problem :
I have a Pent 133, I am currently running NT on it with Mac Support. It
works pretty well but not as well as Netware (The KING of network OS's).
The GS cannot talk via ethernet. I would like to run an Apple // support
BBS on the Pent 133. Most of the real good BBS systems run very well
under DOS. I would like to run the Pent 133 on Caldera dos 7.02 ( Old
Novell DOS with a twist ). It has the capabilities of running 16 apps at
a time. One of which I would like to be an AppleTalk server for DOS.
I know there are modern ways of doing this, but since we all use //gs
system and live in the past, I wish to live in the past with the pent
133, Mac, //e, and //gs.
