comp.emulator.apple2 users may be able to help more.

I'll give it a shot.  Try using a program called DSK2FILE (see the
http://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/ ground ftp server).  The programs need
not be ProDOS based.  It may be DOS 3.3 or Pascal format disks.
