Well...

I managed to print to a PostScript file, but when I tried to dump that
file from a PC to a PostScript-compatible laser printer, I got one line of
overstricken garbage.

Which is interesting. Using AppleTalk I have had *no* trouble printing to
an HP DeskJet 1600CM, and more recently to a LaserJet 4si. Fortunately I
was able to connect and use the LJ4si, which is what solved my problem. I
still have not managed to generate printable PostScript.

I also have not been able to get IWEM to work on the HP printers.
Fortunately, most of the printing I do at work comes from GraphicWriter
III anyway, so I get to use the LaserWriter driver. It seems to work just
great.
