You can't. On a IIgs, only P8 volumes are bootable. The reason is
simple: GS/OS "knows" about HFS only once the HFS FST is loaded ...
which isn't the case when booting, obviously. And some other issues re
how does the RAMFast know how to boot from HFS, of course.
