Dear Lord, what made you turn to Scantron "Quality" Computers?
They charge a fortune for those dinky 4MB cards.
The place to go is http://www.allelec.com/ Alltech Electronics. You
can get an 8MB card for LESS THAN the price of Scantron's 4MB
one....or you can get 4MB now and their card is still expandable to
8MB. After linking to Alltech, click "Apple II" then "memory".
They also have System 6.0.1 on floppy disks for a few bucks.
Click on "Apple II" then "software".
If you don't have a hard drive yet, you can click on "Apple II" and
"hard drives". Alltech's Focus hard drive is going for $59 and for
that price, you get System 6.0.1 installed and lots of freewares
and sharewares (including GS Shrinkit 1.1 ;-) ....
