This is not an ADT problem, this is a Windoze problem. During
installation, Win95 detects your computer hardware. It has detected a
modem on COM2, therefore COM2 in not available to other applications. 

Remove all the modem entries from your control panel and you will get
COM2 back. Or, the better way, boot a MS-DOS 5.0 disk and start AST from
DOS. I am using ADT with the Win95 DOS-prompt, but it will run better
under a real DOS environment.
