i DID that.  the SHELL runs, but right now, if i try to DO anything,
it tells me that the module cannot be loaded.  (it doesn't seem to
matter what i try-- WP, spread sheet, communications, drawing, etc...)

did you name the folder anything in particular?  what about the
Utilities disk?  where did you put THAT?
