Nope, slight mistake...8 41256 chips make 256K.  At least this is
according to http://www.thechipmerchant.com/tech/ram.htm#type and
Nec, Oki, Samsung, & Toshiba all use the 41256 to indicate that it
is 256K by 1 bit.  The page listed is a very handy place to brush
up on memory...it's helped a lot when I've tried to figure out how
big SIMM's are.
