According to the GS/OS Reference Manual, and the summary of all errors found in
"Programmer's Reference to System 6.0," that's an I/O error.
I/O errors are generally pretty serious. This is the sort of error you expect
when your disk media is going bad, for example. I'd suggest getting all
information off of that disk, running any disk utilities you have on the disk,
and to be ultra safe, reformat it before copying the files back. I admit I'm
pretty paranoid about disks going bad, but the paranoia has a basis in
fact--I've lost information to disks going bad in the past!
